This is the time required to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Processing Time: All orders are processed, verified, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 Business Days after payment confirmation.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package after pickup. This time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Free Shipping Condition: Free shipping is only available when selecting the Delhivery Standard option for orders ₹5,000 and above.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.
