ASIC MINER PARTS INDIA is committed to providing a transparent and reliable purchasing experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Policy Overview β Exchange-Oriented Returns
ASIC MINER PARTS INDIA primarily operates an exchange-based return policy.
- Exchanges are available for eligible products within the specified time window.
- Monetary refunds are not offered as a standard practice.
- A refund is processed only in the exceptional case where a verified defective or incorrect product cannot be replaced.
2. Exchange / Return Request Window
- Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 (seven) calendar days of the delivery date.
- Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility Conditions (Non-Defective Products)
To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Condition: Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as delivered
- Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Accessories: All accessories, manuals, tags, and labels must be included
- Proof of Purchase: Valid order ID or receipt required
- Integrity: Product must not show signs of wear, alteration, or missing components
Products that fail to meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items (Special Case)
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery, please follow the steps below:
- Notification Window: Inform us within 24β48 hours of delivery
- Evidence Required: Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided
- Verification: Our support team will review and confirm the claim
Resolution:
- Upon approval, a replacement of the same product will be arranged at no additional cost.

Refund Exception: If a suitable replacement is unavailable (e.g., item discontinued or out of stock), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
This is the only scenario in which a monetary refund is processed.
5. Exchange / Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order ID, delivery date, and reason for return
- Await approval and return instructions from our support team
- Ship the product to the address provided after approval
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
6. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. -
Verified Defective or Incorrect Items:
Replacement shipping costs will be covered by ASIC MINER PARTS INDIA.
7. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used, installed, or damaged products
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Clearance or heavily discounted items
- Customized or specially ordered products
